New Contract with the Royal Court of Oman

Skope has negotiated a contract with the Sultanate of Oman to provide advice and research to the Diwan of Royal Court Institute of Capability Development. Ken Mayhew attended the launch ceremony of the institute in Muscat at the end of March.
