New SKOPE Research Paper published on skills utilisation

SKOPE has just published its latest research paper on skills utilisation.  The Research paper, by Ewart Keep, is number 123 in the series and is entitled Improving Skills utilisation in the UK – some reflections on what, who and how?  It tries to sum up what we know on the topic and to offer some pointers to how policy makers could develop interventions to address poor skills utilisation.

The paper can be downloaded here.
