Narrative and narrative skills in Business

This project examines narrative and narrative skills in business. Through interviewing CEOs and Chairs from a third of FTSE100 companies, the research maps out current and future skills needs, the changing nature of business, the future of work, key mechanisms of skills formation, and the role that arts and humanities graduates can play in business contexts.
